How to provide Google Analytics access from profile page?

To get PromoNavi’s recommendations, you need to provide access to your Google Analytics account. If access is not provided, you’ll see a red error in the Google Analytics column: “PROVIDE ACCESS”. Click PROVIDE ACCESS to fix the problem.

In the opened window, log in to the current Google account (1) or choose another account (2).

On the next step, you can confirm your choices.

Click the Allow button to provide access to your Google Analytics account.

After the Google Analytics account is connected, the “PROVIDE ACCESS” note changes to “Successful”. Now you can proceed to the Google Ads recommendations section: https://promonaviasia.com/cabinet/tools/ads-recommendations

While the recommendations are being generated, there’ll be an inscription in the All Recommendations section: “Please wait, recommendations will appear soon. Usually, the process takes up to 5 minutes.

The recommendations will be ready in a few minutes. The preparation time could vary depending on the amount of data.

How to provide access to Google Analytics from Google Ads Recommendations?

To get PromoNavi’s recommendations, you need to provide access to your Google Analytics account. If access is not provided, you’ll see the error: “PLEASE PROVIDE ACCESS TO GOOGLE ANALYTICS SO WE CAN GIVE ALL RECOMMENDATIONS”.

Click the error notification or the PROVIDE ACCESS link to fix the problem.

In the window that opens, log in to the current Google account (1) or choose another account (2).

On the next step, you can confirm your choices.

Click the Allow button to provide access to your Google Analytics account.

After that, you’ll be redirected to PromoNavi’s interface. You should wait for a short while to get recommendations. While the recommendations are being generated, there’ll be an inscription in the All Recommendations section: “Please wait, recommendations will appear soon. How to Link Google Analytics Properties to Google Ads Accounts?

Sign in to your Google Ads account.

Click the TOOLS & SETTINGS icon in the upper right corner of your account.

In the SETUP section, click Linked accounts.

Under Google Analytics, click DETAILS.

You’ll see a list of Google Analytics properties to which you have access. The Status column shows whether a property is linked to Google Ads. (If you don’t see an Analytics property here, make sure you have “Edit” permissions for that property.)

In the Actions column, click LINK next to the properties you want to link to Google Ads. You can link as many properties as you’d like.

If the property has multiple views, you’ll see a list of the views that you can link.

Select Link and Import site metrics to be able to see Google Analytics data in Google Ads reports.

Link: This will make Google Ads click and cost data available in Analytics, and Analytics goals and transactions available for import into Google Ads. Link as many views as you’d like.

Import site metrics: (Recommended) Choose one view from which you want to import site engagement metrics. This view will be used to show site engagement metrics in the Google Analytics reporting columns of your account. Note that you’ll need to add Google Analytics columns to your Google Ads reports. In most cases, it will take less than an hour for Google Analytics data to be imported, but the process may take longer for larger accounts. Once the data is imported, you can add Google Analytics columns to your Google Ads reports.

Click SAVE.

Now you’ll see your Google Analytics with Linked status.

How to use Google Ads Reports tool?

The Google Ads Reports tool generates and sends Google Ads performance reports. You’ll receive PDF reports by email once a week or a month.

How to Start

Open the Google Ads Reports tool and press the CREATE NEW REPORT button.

 

Choose the account group and the account for which you want to generate the report.

You can also connect an additional Google Ads account to generate reports on it.

Enter the account name. This name will be used as the title of the PDF report and the email.

The report is sent once a week or once a month. 

The weekly report is sent every Monday. It contains metrics for the previous week. The first weekly report will be sent in an hour after creating it.

The monthly report is sent on the first day of the next month. It contains metrics for the previous month.

After the settings are selected, press the CREATE REPORT button.

You will see the created report listed in a table.

The Weekly and Monthly columns contain the dates when the next reports will be sent.

If the report is disabled, you’ll see this red icon in the table.

To change the report settings, click the pencil icon.

Click the “X” icon to delete the report.

You can create several reports for any Google Ads account and send them to different emails.

Notice! If you disconnect your Google Ads account from Promonavi, all the related Google Ads reports will be deleted.

Will there be changes to my Google Ads account, if linked to PromoNavi?

No changes are made to your Google Ads account because you are linked with PromoNavi. The user still manages his own account on Google Ads, and can only improve the results of Google Ads campaigns using tools provided by PromoNavi.

Will the Google Ads campaign settings and data that I provide to PromoNavigator be passed on to third parties?

No. We do not use data from ad campaigns (or settings) and the other data that entered by users in any way, and we do not forward it to third parties.

Who can use the PromoNavigator website?

This tool can be used by everyone – Personal or Corporate.

Is connecting a Google Ads account with PromoNavigator safe?

Yes, connecting your Google Ads account to PromoNavigator Agency is completely safe. This website has a Google Premier Partner status. The PromoNavi team does not use your ad campaign data (or settings) at all and do not give it to third parties.

Can I link more than one Google Ads account?

There is no limit to the number of accounts linked to PromoNavi. It’s totally free for now.
